What sports are you involved in at Delaware State University? What positions? What is your jersey number?

I play outside midfield for Delaware State University. My number is 9 after the great Alan Shearer.



What sports did you play in high school? Did they carry over to college?

Soccer and track & field. Soccer did but not track.

Have you ever been cut from a squad? If so, how did you handle it and bounce back?



What is the biggest game on your campus that everybody attends?

Football (Homecoming)

 We hope we can attend a Homecoming some time in the near future between October 23 to October 30


What kind of workout regime do you have?

Sprint workouts out of season or light workouts during season

Some really good Speed training drills and exercises with resistance bands courtesy of Myotraining


What is some of the advice the coaches always give you?

Work hard and be mentally tough


How do you balance sports and your education?

It comes pretty easily to me but organization is key.


What sports tips do you have for those in your sport?
